RETURN POLICY

​​REFUNDS

For misprinted/defective items, requests must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. All other returns/exchanges must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item(s) and meet the requirements listed below*. Please be sure to reference our sizing guides before making a purchase to ensure a good fit.

 

*Items must be returned with all original labels and identification tags attached and all original packaging received with the ordered item(s). Items of clothing must not have been worn, washed or altered and must not show any signs of use. Footwear must be returned with its accompanying box and must not have been damaged and/or altered in any way. The soles of the shoes must be in perfect condition and have no marks of any kind. Accessories such as handbags must appear new - no blemishes or marks, inside or out.

In the event you must return an item, please notify us - prior to sending - using the form at the bottom of our homepage.​ Once the item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued.
